All bookings are accompanied by full payment for your stay, debited from your bank card.
Full board – half board: meals not taken in the hotel are not deducted.
Payment is due in full on any stay that is cut short.
Please warn the hotel if you intend to arrive after 7.00 pm or late.
More than 30 days before arrival: your deposit will be refunded. An inclusive sum of 50 € will be deducted as a booking fee.
30 days to 5 days before arrival: your deposit will be carried forward to a future booking if the room is re-booked; if not, the hotel will retain the deposit. Less than 5 days before arrival: the hotel will retain the deposit.
