WITH ARNAUD BRICKA MY SENIOR SOUS-CHEF Based on a product For 2 to 6 people on Tuesdays, 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm and 6.00 pm to 9.00 pm I’ll be pleased to show you and explain how you can produce a dish or menu worthy of a great restaurant in your own home; The lesson will help you acquire and improve your knowledge (cooking, sauce base, etc.) We’ll work together to produce a recipe that will help you learn the techniques that you’re lacking and make you feel more confident in your kitchen. Lesson lasts 3 hours  Price: 30 euros per person per hour.  Inclusive payment for the ingredients: if I buy them at the market (30/50 euros) From kitchen to table   For 2 to 6 people on Wednesdays, 9.00 am to 12.00 pm or 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm  In three hours we’ll prepare a meal for 2 to 6 people – lunch or dinner (depending on your wishes and the season)  Ideal for a meal for two or with friends   Price: 50 euros per person  Inclusive payment for the ingredients: if I buy them at the market (30/50 euros): I can suggest which wines to drink with which dishes and can offer butler service.  I can fulfil all your expectations and help you enjoy a magical moment.
